Posters are shipped flat, most often via US Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Larger orders may be shipped via UPS or other commercial carrier.
In-stock posters usually ship within 5-7 business days of payment. Products are shipped only after funds have been received.
Posters can be customized for your organization.
What is included in customization?
Customers can choose to have their logos, contact information, security motto or tag line, etc. added to the posters. Other options include changes to the poster graphics or text (e.g., change "customer" to "patient" or "resident," change "sensitive" to "non-public" or "confidential").
Do I need to send our logo in a special format?
If the customization includes a logo, the purchaser must provide the logo in an Encapsulated Post Script (eps) or Adobe Illustrator (ai) file. We are unable to use logos in any other format, such as .jpeg, .jpg, or .gif.
How much does customization cost?
$80 per hour
Depending on the nature of the changes, several posters may be able to be customized in an hour.
What if I cancel a custom order?
Where a custom poster is ordered and an electronic proof is delivered, if the customer later cancels or postpones the order, customization charges will apply.
How are proofs provided?
Proofs of customized posters are sent electronically.
How long does customization take?
Custom orders take up to 14 days from approval of electronic proofs to shipment.
NII accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and checks.
This agreement governs all sales between Native Intelligence, Inc. ("NII") and the entity purchasing products from NII ("Buyer"). Buyer agrees to all NII's terms as stated. Any terms that modify NII's terms to the slightest degree are expressly rejected. If any provision in this agreement is held invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the enforceability of the remaining provisions of this agreement will not be impaired.
All copyrights remain with NII. Buyer acknowledges that it receives only a physical copy of any product sold. Product images may not be scanned or otherwise copied or reproduced in any format, electronic or hardcopy. Each product is individually copyrighted. Buyer agrees that copyright infringement as to even one product is not excusable as fair use because the entirety of the copyright for that product would be violated by any infringing use, even educational use. NII will prosecute any copyright infringement to the full extent of the law.
NII disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Products are sold in as-is condition, FOB Origin.
A restocking fee of 15% applies to all cancelled orders, whether or not the order has shipped.
